Get to know the Chef!

Hi! I’m Belle. For as long as I can remember baking has been my passion. Growing up as a military brat, there were always a lot of changes. The one thing that has always remained constant was my big family of 10 and our recipes. My amazing mother has taught me almost everything I know about baking and we have created many sweet memories together along the way. I strongly believe that food brings people together. In the past, I have been in a few baking/ cake decorating competitions all throughout middle school and high school. I also took all of the culinary classes I was allowed to take in high school. Since then, I have attended MGCCC to receive an associates degree in Baking and Pastry Arts Science. I have also been working in the industry since I was 16, gaining a lot of experience. Starting a business of my own to pursue my dream has been so surreal and exciting. I can’t wait to see where this goes! I wouldn’t have made it to this point without the Lord our savior, Jesus Christ!!
